Taboo or not? During this Mental Health Week, this is the question we are raising today about mental health in the freight forwarding industry. In our industry, as in many others, mental health is often a sensitive subject. Faced with challenges such as meeting tight deadlines, managing costs, regulatory and political constraints, and day-to-day responsibilities, it's not uncommon for employees to feel the need to mask their psychological struggles, for fear of being judged or experiencing repercussions in their careers. This week, on the occasion of Mental Health Week, at FALCON, we highlight this often-silenced issue. We are committed to not only talking about it openly, but also offering constant support to our teams and community throughout the year. We strongly believe that taking care of mental health is essential, just like physical safety in our professional activities. What do you think? Is mental health still a taboo subject in our sector? Tabou, oui ou non ? En cette semaine de la santé mentale, voilà la question que nous soulevons aujourd'hui concernant la santé mentale dans le secteur du freight forwarding. Dans notre industrie, comme dans bien d'autres, la santé mentale est souvent un sujet délicat. Face aux défis tels que le respect des délais serrés, la gestion des coûts, les contraintes réglementaires et politiques et les responsabilités quotidiennes, il n'est pas rare que les employés ressentent le besoin de masquer leurs difficultés psychologiques, par crainte d'être jugés ou de subir des répercussions dans leur carrière. Cette semaine, à l'occasion de la Semaine de la Santé Mentale, chez FALCON, nous mettons en lumière cette problématique souvent tue. Nous nous engageons non seulement à en parler ouvertement mais aussi à offrir un soutien constant à nos équipes et à notre communauté tout au long de l'année. Nous croyons fermement que prendre soin de la santé mentale est essentiel, au même titre que la sécurité physique dans nos activités professionnelles. Qu'en pensez-vous ?
